Hi! My name’s Rich Feloni

I’m a trained journalist and marketer, and I’m putting my 12+ years of professional experience into RJF Editorial to help businesses leverage content toward their goals.

Writing has been my passion since learning how to as a kid. As an undergrad at Boston College, I worked as a reporter and copy editor at local newspapers and magazines around Boston, and then my time at Columbia Journalism School instilled in me a love of multimedia storytelling to complement my writing.

Over the course of nearly seven years at Business Insider, I got to put this into action in every way imaginable. I gained experience writing news stories, quick hits, long-form pieces, and feature length investigations, I hosted an interview podcast for two years, and I worked extensively with the video, graphics, and photography teams.

I left the newsroom to become the first editorial director for one of my sources, investor Paul Tudor Jones’ nonprofit JUST Capital, where I worked for three years. I then spent about a year and a half as the first head of content at Bain Capital Ventures. Both roles taught me a tremendous amount about editing, project management, and using journalistic skills toward marketing goals. They also developed in me a passion for finance and tech on a much more granular level than during my reporting days.

With RJF Editorial, I’m able to draw upon all of my experiences to become more than just a contractor, but someone who can be a real partner to your team.

I live in Brooklyn with my wife, son, and Yorkie, and would enjoy grabbing a coffee or setting up a call if you’re interested in working together.
